If there is one thing we can always count on, it’s change.

Life is a constant cycle of experience, learn, repeat. Each situation, wether fantastically exciting or utterly terrifying, often times both, we are guaranteed to look back and see something differently than before. Everything we endure colors our world in brilliant hues, each showing us a unique perspective we may have never seen before. Change is inevitable and it can be as beautiful as it is frightening, we just have to choose to look deeply and bear witness to the shifts. Presence is key. The world will always be moving around us, but if we find harmony in our own congruent movements, we can see change in it’s fullest capacity.
